In my book, a 'Simp' isn't a decent man who treats women with respect & kindness. Treatment, he'd appreciate in return.

I don't think this will ever be true. Men are not socialized to think they're special just for existing. Unless a man brings something to the table he is unimportant to society. Edit: And this is a problem. We need to fix it next generation.
