Stop trying to understand women is the first order of business, and simply remember they are emotional beings by nature. Most of them are loyal only to their emotions.
Maintain a masculine frame at all times and tell them what you want respectfully and if they aren’t willing to deal with you on those terms dismiss them and move on.
Women say this, that, and the other, but what they actually say they want and what they typically respond to are not ever usually one in the same.
Women respond to dominance, masculinity, and you not necessarily needing them primarily. The man that’s blowing her back out is the one that doesn’t give her constant validation while the man feeding her validation and chasing her affection is getting his messages left on read while the aforementioned man is blowing her back out.
Treat them like a nice accessory that you like but don’t necessarily have to have and upgrade as soon as any headache she brings outweighs the benefits of dealing with her.
