I wouldn't give a fukk about a ring if I made $20+ million a year either.

Derek Fisher (used to) has 5 of them.

Don't let the media or the fans hype you up on that shyt, get your fukkin money and live how you want.
Breh...
This is some flawed money on a pedestal shyt.

nikka, if you were a billionaire and you went golfing with your billionaire friends and yall are competitive... You're going to want to win.

Where are people getting this idea that money SHOULD turn a human being into a mink wearing robot?:what:

Brehs make being rich sound weak as fukk.

Either you're a competitive person or not.

Melo used to be nice but he is not the same.

NY has been toxic for him. He needs to leave and go to Goldenstate. The knicks to trade him and allow Phil Jackson to rebuild.

anyone saying fukk a ring or winning if you're paid has probably never competed before. melo has been playing ball since a kid and won in college and almost made it to the finals while in denver and was at the top one year with the knicks so of course he cares about winning. no one wants to look back at their career and be remembered as the guy who was one of the best in the league to falling off and becoming a liability. it's only a couple of examples but seeing KG, bron and JR Smith after they won a championship says it all.

melo's problem is he still believes he's a #1 option and franchise player when his game is outdated. he's too ball dominant without creating for others and hasn't evolved much as a player (struggles playing off the ball, doesn't set screens or play the PnR). if melo turns into a stretch 4 then he would still be a top player but he doesn't like defending bigs or banging in the paint.

Hmm, I've been championing for Bron to get him to Cleveland but Melo to the Warriors would make the finals even more interesting seeing how the Melo vs Bron angle:patrice:

Melo is just a clock-in clock-out, dude. He gets his numbers, tries to win, and goes home.

He has no stress from the media b/c no one expects anything of him anymore. He lives the life of a rider.

Out here in my damn drawls
The biggest things that happened in his NBA career was playing with Iverson and getting traded to the Knicks

Does he even have a signature all-time great game performance that end with a W? :francis:

Disappointing but still a HOF'er :hubie:
