fukk the VA.

My boys dad had VA 'Benedict's and tricare. Last May he went to the VA for some pain in his shoulder. That was May 2018. In 4 months he had 10-12 visits. Finally in September 2018 he went a sought another provider. Stage 4 cancer. He died early January of this year.

They can claim against the VA. Man I’m sorry to hear that

Sounds like Atlanta. Might you be in Atlanta?
Not this time which is even more upsetting... Atlanta VA was ridiculous but I got sent to the Stockbridge clinic after that witch was tolerable

But I'm like damn.. it's like is it like this everywhere I go :hhh:

Most people was nice so far, I'll give them that. I almost lost my shyt on that "doctor" though and the wait for shyt is unacceptable.

I felt like I went to work today and it's supposed to be my day off

Yeah. Auto correct changed it to benedicts but he had VA benefits plus tricare. The supposed combo was supposed to be the best. Like whatever he needed he could get, whatever doctors and all that.

They fukked him around, he got 1 test with another provider and they were like stage 4. He could've had a fighting chance if the VA didn't fukk around with him for 4 months.
Sorry to hear that breh. How old was he?

It is still possible to get his compensation. It won’t be easy but I assure you it’s worth it.

He was in his 60's.

He thought about it briefly but since his dad passed away early this January, his mom hasn't been doing well and he found out in May that she has breast cancer.

The only good thing was his son was born late January. But he won't be doing well if he loses both his mom and dad this year.

I think that’s more reason to do it. In a similar situation now and doing it for someone else. I’ll help you to help him make a decision by throwing out a number for him.

How about 70k? Then $2500 for life. But that’s none of my business

That's all on him. He lost his dad, in Jan, had a baby in Jan, and mom was diagnosed with cancer in May. I don't know if he has any fight in him.
