But Troy went AFTER the dudes. He wasn't being shot at that point in time. It seemed as if whoever he was shooting was trying to get away. I can defend somebody for defending themselves and their loved ones but it's starting to look like that's not the case. Once someone is retreating or you start going TOWARDS them, it goes from self defense to attempted murder.

And them the goddamn idiot shot himself in the leg. If you're not proficient with a gun, in an intense situation with your adrenaline pumping you aren't going to be shooting straight headshots like you're at a shooting range. At that point you're putting more peoples lives in danger by adding more bullets into the mix of a chaotic situation.

What if that SOMEBODY who overreacted was homie who lost his life? As far as Troy Ave goes we see him with the gun and see him let off one shot. That's all we really know. everything else is pure speculation. Legally he was wrong to go into that room and let off in a crowd, but who is to say someone in that room didn't let off at him first?

That's legal jargon, but that's not really logical. If a nikka punch you in the face and take off running, you gonna eat that or you gonna chase after him?
