shyt is despicable dog and no I'm not justifying what Troy Ave did because shooting in a populated area is detrimental to anybody present but when you put in that situation and ya adrenaline pumping it's life or death . , but despite the facts not even fully coming out internet niccas still jumped to conclusions and switched to narrative to their liking because of their initial hate for Troy already .

When you watch the various videos released , anybody with common sense can see that of all the 5 shots that was fired that some happened in intervals and the video with Troy Ave squeezing was the one that occurred last with him evidently wounded already and bystanders already shook but nikkas want to act oblivious to that to fit their version of what they want to believe

But Troy went AFTER the dudes. He wasn't being shot at that point in time. It seemed as if whoever he was shooting was trying to get away. I can defend somebody for defending themselves and their loved ones but it's starting to look like that's not the case. Once someone is retreating or you start going TOWARDS them, it goes from self defense to attempted murder.

And them the goddamn idiot shot himself in the leg. If you're not proficient with a gun, in an intense situation with your adrenaline pumping you aren't going to be shooting straight headshots like you're at a shooting range. At that point you're putting more peoples lives in danger by adding more bullets into the mix of a chaotic situation.

My main issue with this Troy Ave shooting is that it doesn't just paint a black eye on hip-hop and hip-hop culture, by his actions he incriminated the black population of NYC by association (cause ord knows, when one black person fukks up, the honus is placed on us as if we were in the same room with him firing that gun on camera) and gave NYPD as much ammo as neccessary to further police hip-hop and move anything that doesn't attract "that element" (ie...BLACK PEOPLE/SPANISH PEOPLE) in large numbers and to increase with racial profiling. This is why Troy Ave is a dumb fukking son of a bytch!

I don't even like making posts like this, I know that we're going to be criminalized for being black in a system of white supremacy regardless...this is going to be the end of the hood in NYC. Gonna be a fuel to fire the endless flames of gentrification...this is why this was TERRIBLE and is terrible. Besides the fact people were injured, hip-hop as a whole took a major injury that night it may never recover from.
