I think the problem comes in when the begging turns to extortion. They told her they would hold it against her if she did not give in, according to her.
Right now it is a He say She say situation, so maybe there will be some evidence that comes up that proves it either way. More than likely, she will get what she claimed, because she is a White woman (even if she is not a particularly attractive one) and many of the ones she claims raped her are Black men.
My real question is did those brothers really think being a cop would protect them from the possible consequences of on the job fraternization and sex? I guess those guys have no clue about history, because there are plenty of stories of married White women consenting to sex with brothers and then turning around and claiming rape if the truth comes out.
