Wasn't there some locker room rift during that world cup about a mutiny or some shyt and they tried or blame Evra or some shyt? :patrice:

Domenech and Anelka had a disagreement in the locker room that led to Anelka being dismissed from the squad. The players decided that they were going to support Anelka, and since Evra was the captain he was the most vocal and took most of the heat.

The video of him and the fitness coach almost fighting on the training grounds didn’t help his image either.

Finished watching the Argentina game lawd! That was out right shameful. Other than the opening 15 minutes can't even remember Messi touching the ball in the final third!

Argentina defense is just shameful, at times they were just standing and watching. No way second goal should of gone in the whole setup was just eh l, even even the commenatoe called it 2 minutes before it happened. Everyone was just standing around!

Hope this seals the argument! Diego shadow is just to big for Messi! Can't be the GOAT when your not the even the GOAT in your country!

Yea just watches the Les Blues film on netflix..went into the dynamics of the french squad.

- French public pretending that racial harmony in the country was good because the team had arabs and black players

It went in on that world cup incident too.

They aren’t that talented

I disagree big homie. Definitely a talented and solid team. Just poorly managed and set on relying on Messi to make shyt happen for them.

Dybala and Banega ( probably the closest thing to a Riquelme) needed to start for them.

Otamendi was second to Messi for Argentina in the last World Cup IMO. There are imbalances in their attack/defense/midfield, but there's no excuse for a team with Aguero/Di Maria/Dybala/Higuain/Otamendi/Mascherano/etc. to talk about talent. That's close to plugging Ronaldo on Belgium.
With all those talented forward where are the midfielders to provide them a pass?
WC Qualifiers was a forshadowing what is about to happen in this WC. They fcking need to in the last game against Ecuador to qualify to Russia with all those names they are actually overrated NT squad, they're rated that high because of names not how they play as a team

All the big usual players (Germany, Argentina, Brazil etc.) have been basura and are being beat by less powerful countries. This is a World Cup for the underdogs:mjlit:.
