Outside of Spain, Tiki-Taka truly is over. Players are too athletic now they can close down...so much counter attacking football.

Germany is suffering from killer instinct, the teams you see advancing are the teams that can be dynamic, attack on the counter and take their shots.

Which is why I picked France to take this...they CAN play the possession game, but with players like Dembele, Mbappe, Griezmann, Lemar etc...they are just as dangerous if not more on the counter.

So far after 1.5 games, with the way Germany wants to play. Unless your set up to high tempo/play on the counter or comes on against tired defenders, Werner is a pretty pointless selection.
