That was Suarez alone breh :whoa: And it's not like that handball was unpunished, Gyan should have buried that pen :manny:
There's plenty of reasons to dislike Suarez but I never understood the hate for the handball.

I would've done the same thing him and Henry did, and anybody that thinks otherwise I wouldn't want on my team.

They'll arrive to the tournament tired as shyt.
Those Bolivian and Honduras nikkas are willing to die for this football shyt :mjlol:

fukk winning the world cup, causing an upset is enough for them.
Think they should add concacaf to the copa America permanently tho
They should merge but I doubt Mexico and the US would allow it.

At least in 2026 we will have 48 teams and CONCACAF will have about 7-8 spots.

This means we could possibly see Jamaica.

People forget that he has an insane scoring record for PSG even spending the first seasons playing out of position and once he got back to be a 9 his rate went up. His Napoli days have been forgotten but he was perfect in that system with Hamsik and Lavezzi. There is a meme about his movement being that good to get all those looks he wastes but he does move very well as a 9
Yeah and they also forget that he was also missing sitters at Napoli too. It's like people discovered he was wasteful when he came to PSG. That's part of his game though this WC I'm really surprised by the quality of his plays and touches :leon:
I'm still of the opinion that if he played as a number 9 throughout his psg career he'd have much more goals than Ibra. Had to play on the wings and was still getting the work done. Moved to striker after Ibra left and he scored 41 in like 42 games
Dude's prime is/was wasted at PSG :mjcry: Played in Ibra's shadow for years then Ibra leaves and he gets to get the 9 role he wanted. Had a cracking season only overshadowed by Monaco's incredibl season and that Barça disaster. Then PSG signs Neymar AND MBappé :snoop: I'm glad he's PSG top scorer because it's better him than Ibra who never cared about PSG. Cavani will die for that club :mjcry:

Bet on the total under and France Draw no Bet in the first half.

I was down 50 bucks after the first match after these failures and a couple live betting props. Turned it around in the afternoon by betting on Uruguay to progress and a bet on whether there'd be a corner between the 10th and 20th minute.

The European teams are always painfully boring to watch. Portugal are the exception because Ronaldo. Croatia are fun too. But other than that they're generally terrible. So defensive and risk-averse, it takes all the joy out of the sport :hhh: You watch Brazil or any west African teams play and they're so much more entertaining, they play football in the right spirit. Spain winning the 2010 World Cup was an absolute travesty, I've never seen a more boring team. Watching European teams play is like watching a python strangling its prey; watching rest of the world teams is like watching a lion hunt.

UEFA stans always talk about how Europe is by far the best continent and how the European Championship is a better competition in the World Cup :childplease: it's probably the worst international tournament in the world for watchability and entertainment.

Remember hearing ppl say the European Championship is the real World Cup just without Brazil :bryan:

But to be fair the Euros did gives us arguably the goat tournament of this millennium, but other than that I agree. The last couple of Euro tourneys have been dreadful :scust:

This year's World Cup really made me realize how boring some of these European sides are and how fun some of these Latin America and African squads are

I fukking despise Uruguay for what they did to Ghana in 2010, but I have to admit, they are a class side. They defend so well and they're so menacing on the counter, and they're not chokers. I'd expect them to do over France based on the strength of this performance, as long as Cavani is fully fit.

Cavani's first goal has been the best of the tournament for me, I love passing moves like that. Just perfect. The other great goal was Musa's first goal against Iceland, which again was something similar, a rapid counter-attack that he started by winning the ball and then sprinting the length of the field to score that wonderful volley
If this is really what you think then you have the opportunity to make a bundle by betting on them because they are pretty big underdogs according the betting odds. You get 4.5 times your money on a Uruguay win.

And if Gyan makes the penalty, 90% of the people that hate him now would have forgotten that handball and only remembered the successful penalty kick and celebration, which would probably be a gif we'd all be using today. :yeshrug:
