after watching the Portugal/Uruguay game, I don't find Uruguay scary at all. Portugal had 20 shot to Uru's 5. If they had better forwards, .......ortugal would have scored several. Just put Kante on Cavani and it should be lightwork for them to go to the se

France should be favorite but I can see it going either way. France plays to their opponent and this Uruguayan team is comfortable with or without the ball. If Uruguay lets France have the ball I don't like how France plays against counterattacking teams.

You going to need at least 6-7 of your current 22 and under players in your NT team playing week in week out for the tops teams in England, Spain, Italy, Germany (Bayern/Dortmund), Portugal, France, who regularly play in the CL. Playing for mid table clubs in Europe isn't going to cut it, as the old saying goes iron sharpens iron.

2026 is a better bet.
