Same old bs mistakes us Belgians somehow always end up doing : play sloppy, can't lake two straight passes, slow on the loose balls, poor play close to the goal. Japan played great, as I expected them to

But that comeback, and that counter Bar where I was went absolutely crazy, some random girl actually injured herself, broke a glass and stepped in it, blood on the floorwas still like "Allez la Belgique"

I feel like having to produce a comeback like that could be blessing in disguise for Belgium. They can't leave themselves that exposed against Brazil & expect to get away with it.

Should be a great game though. Two most talented teams left in the competition.

True this is what some guy at the bar was saying. We were probably overconfident and dodged a bullet here, and we know we got to come out much better prepared, concentrated and precsie against Brazil. Play like this and it's 0-6 againt them.

Who watches random club matches between B-tier teams. Show me the reciepts. What kind of viewership does a French club game generate in England, or any country outside of France, and what viewership figures does a random World Cup game get in a neutral country? I'm certain the World Cup would dwarf it by a vast magnitude.

On the day of Portugal v Iran I was flying back home to Australia from London. The flight was on an Australian airline and filled with Australian nationals. They had the game on a small screen at the departure gate, and let me tell you, all eyes were glued on the little TV. Even the pilots stopped and watched for as long as they could get away with. This is Australia. Football is a minor sport here .I guarantee you, wouldn't nobody give a shyt about a random club game and yet people were so hyped for a B-tier team versus a D-tier one just because it's the World Cup.

Breh of course a random airline isnt gonna air a PL game or whatever. My argument is u telling the other breh that the WC is the only competition that is this good. Thats a straight out lie. The CL, Euros and occasionally CA are on par if not better. You also failed to tell breh that not all WCs are this good.
