Nigeria is huge breh. It is one and a half times the size of Texas with nearly ten times the population.


Most African countries are huge but few people know it because our current map projection distorts the size of equatorial nations. There are other versions which present a more realistic depiction of the nations.



I think the real underachievers are Brazil and DRC given the amount of space they have. If not for those jungles in both countries, I could easily see their populations rivaling India with all that room.

Nigeria is the 6th largest country by population and I believe it. When I visited there last year, it WAS CROWDED. Like there was people damn near everywhere you went. Barbershop, theme parks, beaches, restaurants, and even libraries were filled to brim.
