The 360's weird because usually GOAT consoles have absurd libraries, multiple gen defining games to go with it
People will try Halo 3 & Gears 1/3 but the defining game that gen isn't on Xbox and was real late in the gen when it came out (TLOU)
The 360 doesn't have the software of a GOAT console, except when talking online software, then it's the GOAT. But then the downside of that is hooking a generation of people and the next one after on paying to use online you pay to have in the first place, locking parts of games already on the disc behind DLC as standard practice, with a bunch of other scammy shyt becoming common like lootcrates.
Feels a clear tier/tier and a half below PS2, PS1, SNES. But it had too much going for it even without the library that idk if you can put another console above it comfortably like those
