Titanfall came out on Xbox One & PC about a full month before 360
Destiny came to both xboxes and playstations at the same time
Neither game was ever exclusive to 360

The 360's weird because usually GOAT consoles have absurd libraries, multiple gen defining games to go with it
People will try Halo 3 & Gears 1/3 but the defining game that gen isn't on Xbox and was real late in the gen when it came out (TLOU)
The 360 doesn't have the software of a GOAT console, except when talking online software, then it's the GOAT. But then the downside of that is hooking a generation of people and the next one after on paying to use online you pay to have in the first place, locking parts of games already on the disc behind DLC as standard practice, with a bunch of other scammy shyt becoming common like lootcrates.
Feels a clear tier/tier and a half below PS2, PS1, SNES. But it had too much going for it even without the library that idk if you can put another console above it comfortably like those

that was the last era of the gaming social space being level and whole. Bad games were bad and not taken seriously, good games were lauded and if they didnt sell well then at the least they would have a following for later. Lot more triple A risk being taken and you can tell the companies understood they had to keep providing new franchices to keep up.
Id say the thing I hate most of this era that I missed the lack of from that era is white people hate playing the shyt out of these horrible ass games and then screaming DEI at the top of their lungs. I remember back then people would make fun of shyt games and then utterly forget about them and that was it. I had to unfollow hella game channels that jump to that DEI shyt cause they always go off the rails and start making people look at any black inclusion in a game as a negative

The PS3 was better. Also the PS3 defined modern Sony. The prestige single player style they now use that caught all the attention of gamers and pretty much caused Microsoft to self destruct was defined there.Glad you acknowledged that. That's why 360 is one of the greatest consoles of all time and won that gen.
Nintendo with the blue ocean strategy and Sony with their first party game style, hell Microsoft was the only one who learned nothing that generation and it shows. That was the most influential generation in modern history.
