Yes, but I'm not an entity that wants or needs access to that data. There are hundreds if not thousands of companies compiling data. Hell every time you allow an app to use your location you're giving it access to your data.

Yep. Tik tok uses it's own series of api's...They have their own developers portal. They have a marketing API, Research API, etc. It's literally how algorithms are set across a wide range of platforms online.
