TRE = Tension Relief Exercises
You'll be shaking for a long minute but I'll be lying if I don't feel a little lighter after.
Definitely quote me when it's ready, I'm eager to try. Indeed, the mind is powerful indeedI did something like that before and it does work...i had to do wall squats a bunch of times and keep my legs open and once you lay on the floor your body shakes...supposed to be how animals release stress.
The one im talking about uses bilateral stimulation by having you tap your hands at the right time when you hear certain tones. Do that while keeping the negative emotion in mind...breh by the end of the first round i deadass forgot what i was supposed to tapping on
The mind is crazy![]()
Officially a licensed clinical psychologist in MarylandSurprised I've never opened this thread before, some good stuff in here. 32 y/o black man here, finishing up my doctorate in clinical psychology, with a strong focus on black men's mental health concerns. I just completed my clinical internship, basically the psychologist's version of a medical doctor's residency. Looking to complete the licensure process within the next year, for now been doing some more consulting-oriented work. Willing to answer any questions anyone might have.
