There have been a lot of whispers that Eric Bieniamy won't land a HC job again this year

I'm going to concur 100%

Ability to communicate with the brass is key. I'm black and I just got hired by a 60 year old German CFO to be her right hand man as the controller. It's how you interview brehs. When it comes to these things, winning tends to matter a lot more than the color of your skin. Don't get me wrong, cism will never die but one thing I've learned as I continue to go up this corporate ladder is that as long as you can do the job, they don't give a damn who you are.

Compare your job to the racist azz nfl where they had to bring in a rooney rule for minorities to even get a interview.

Give any OC Mahomes, that offense and Reid and they’ll put up numbers

I’d take Marvin Lewis and other people including Arthur Smith(at least he has the Tannehill resurrection) over EB

It is what it is .

Same thing can be said for anyone breh
It's not about the X's and the O's, it's about the Jimmies and the Joes.”

They shouldn't allow coaches to sign until after the Super Bowl. Coaches making deep runs and their teams are at a disadvantage in the playoffs. By the time Bieniamy's season is over every job might be filled already. And how much can he focus on next year in the middle of the playoffs?

There are guys running companies that employ those same tactics during interviews and with clients quoted from that post.

IMO, Interviews and those dumb ass questions are all subjective. If there’s anything I do know about this situation is he won’t get the job because more than likely he will succeed. It’s no coincidence Andy Reid finally was able to win with this guy as his coordinator.
You might be able to chalk that up to Reid having arguably the best QB and WR duo in quite a while...

Guys don't give me shyt about he doesn't interview well. That's the shyt that cacs say when they are looking for justification for keeping Blacks out.

At some point your resume, experience, and the results that you have produced or helped produce should speak for itself.

Fewer than 10 percent of the leagues head coaches are Black while over 60 percent of its players are Black.

The aforementioned silently feeds into the stereotype that Black folks are athletically superior, but conveys that we don't have the intelligence and savvy to run the show (i.e. GM, head coach).

Tennessee runs a lot of the heavy play action/outside zone concepts that got Matt his MVP
Y’all talking in a circles now. Reid has called his own plays for the majority of his career and he has a large coaching tree.

stop the excuses
Yep exactly. I thought the reason his coaches are hired for HC gigs is because you are learning under him and know his ways. Now all of a sudden people acting like his assistants got to be the play caller to get opportunities. If Bieniamy was a cac he'd have a job by now. Just shows how we are always held to a higher standard.
