There have been a lot of whispers that Eric Bieniamy won't land a HC job again this year

Look...

There's huge difference between HC and OC/DC. HC is like the manager. Their job is to supervise everyone.

Alotta coordinators who got HC jobs failed because.....They're meant to be coordinators. Nothing wrong with that...play your position.

Reading that article, son sounds like a coordinator. He doesn't see the entire picture as an executive needs too. Iono maybe he needs to get a lil older. Those of you who work and moved up in your jobs from employee to supervisor to manager, etc., you know there’s different mentalities and a person must be ready for what it entails.

The reason these average cacs get a shot is, they know how to play a game we as black men usually won't. It is what it is.

And besides cacs own all this, if we want to buck we need to create our own.

Poor interviewing is a bullshyt excuse white people use not to hire black people, same as not a good fit. Anybody cosigning this is suspect. Even if he is a poor interview his resume speaks for itself.

Naw breh...

Poor interviewing is real. He has a resume to be a great coordinator. HC is a different job title.

I know I just said it a few pages back, but answer me this:

Can you name one minority OC/DC with as much public fawning and media pushing for gigs as Bieniamy? I can't even think of 2nd place.

This is a high profile guy. There are enough owners in the NFL that in this cancel culture would love the immediate positive press they would get by hiring him.

That's the part that doesn't make sense to me. He's almost too high profile to NOT get a job at this point lol. Anyone that interviews him and DOESN'T hire him knows they are going to be called racist.....but they still aren't hiring him.

It just strikes me as weird. He is primed for the taking, even as a 'token' black hire and he doesn't get jobs offers.

From what I'm gathering, he has excellent coordinator (supervisor) attributes, but his HC (Executive) attributes have room for improvement.

Many will reject this but even in whatever job you work, it applies. And it's not a knock. People should be comfortable with playing their position.

How is Arthur Smiths resume better? Or Zack Taylor? or Joe Judge? :dahell:

Their resume probably isn't better. But a resume only gets you to the interview. How do you impress owners in person comes into play then.

At that interview they want to see if you're Executive level talent...very different from supervisor or management.

From hearing all the clichéd shyt that Joe Judge says, you mean to tell me that Eric Bieniemy can't get a job because he does the same shyt.

its the same ish remember with caldwell? How cacs used to be like he showed no emotion even though he had a winning record every season wherever he coached except the one he had curtis painter as qb.

Being black you don't interview well, not good with the x's and o's, too conservative, too aggresive
the only good things you hear about black coaches is he's a "player's coach"

Many of these cac coaches have nothing but connections,
arthur smith dad is a billionaire fed ex co founder and he started his nfl "career" with the washington redskins at gasp fed ex field

sean mcvay grandfather was former gm of the 49ers it goes on and on

Ask Tomlin, he's the winningest coach after Beli and some people think he's not good enough lol.
He's got 14 seasons and 1 title. At some point the bar gets raised doesn't it? At some point the fans demand more. That's why Caldwell got fired. He got the Lions over the playoff hump only to stagnate. He took a bad team and made them mediocre and the fans wanted more and started calling for his head.

Teams were “interested” in Mullen and he’s an even worse interview from what a lot of folks say
