Bieniemy does have a few skeletons in his closet, but that's not the problem. He's a good guy and people like his personality, but he doesn't display the qualities needed to be a head coach. He's doesn't articulate his vision well, doesn't provide detailed ideas how he would coach/scheme for specific players, gives unimpressive scouting reports, and doesn't have a clear agenda. He's a "CEO-style" candidate who lacks CEO qualities; a figurehead.
It sucks for him because the PR people want him to get jobs so badly, but he's just not qualified.
I have thought since last year that what will ultimately happen is he won't get hired, he'll go somewhere else and be an OC, and if he can prove himself on his own then teams may be more willing to minimize the interview process."

It's probably not his fault, black people aren't born with the entitled mentality. We aren't born wanting to run a NFL team. We're born wanting to play for a team because of our position in society.
While cacs are born for that shyt. Their parents teach them that shyt. Their circles teach them that shyt. The average black person isn't on that...just being honest.

All this may be true but isn't it also true that his offense improved Josh Allen's accuracy like 10% from college. That is an out of this world stat.

Is it racial, to a point of course it is, but it isn't just old fashioned, klan hat racism. There's culture mixed in there. There's other elements mixed in.
Honestly, we need to create a new word other than "racist" to accurately capture the situations. It's why many cacs are like "I'm not racist". Because they don't hate black people, they hate CERTAIN black people. They're uncomfortable around certain black people.

Regardless of his interviews he is worth the risk based of his resume alone for most of these sorry NFL teams. No excuse for him to be passed over by mediocre teams only for them to hire mediocre coaches.
