I've noticed that they're pretty easy to punk. i preordered madden and was under the assumption that it came with same day shipping. later found out i was wrong but i bullied them into giving me that shyt next day with 20% off.

had a problem yesterday, i bought some false advertised shyt last month and sent it back, they got it on the 30th but i still ain't got my refund. hit them last week and they said wait til the 15th for processing. 15th came and they said they to allow 72 hours for investigation. basically told them i ain't have time for the waiting games and i got that refund back real quick.
