There might be a racist in my sociology class

In my classes I had classes with extreme liberal white students who even said they hated white privilege, because it makes them look spoiled. This is what I love about living in Southern NY sometimes... This one white girl was ultra liberal.

The only thing close to a racist I witnessed was my marketer teacher who was a big Conservative who hated Obama. Other than that nothing else.

Breh, just understand; he lives in a world that tells him black people are as good as he is. He lives in a world that doesn't give him too many reasons to even sympthize with our plight. He, more likely, lives in a world where he doesn't even socialize with black folk outside of school.

I agree, man.
I read all this shyt about cacs this, cac that. Taking in the image that is being portrayed of them by the posters, and I see them as an enemy of sorts.

Next day I socialize with them individually and its usually good vibes. If the coin was flipped, and instead of the coli, it'd be the mainstream media portraying white people a certain way and I didnt talk to them, I'd probably be a racist fukk unconsciously.

So stay there and argue points with this kid ? Points that he wont understand btw. Sit there and take it and say nothing? ...fight him? Whats the right move according to you? He won't change this kids mind. They're going to butt heads at every turn and when they do the teacher and the rest of the students will go these two are at it again (and i'm speaking for experience). he could son this kid into oblivion and STILL end up arguing with him on a daily basis.

I had a racist teacher in highschool and a racist student in there that agreed with her points about black history and etc. There were 5 black students in there and we all eventually left. Should we have stayed?

Well i know that kind of people, there's really no point in arguing with them, they indeed won't change their mind. But transfer isn't the answer, what if he move to another class and there's a cac just like the other one? You're gonna keep moving until find a peaceful class environment? There will always have racist people trying to keep you down and make you give up It's up to you to allow it or learn how to deal with this situation, and im sure its not gonna be the last. If i was op i would talk with his black classmates and maybe make a complaint about him if he gets too comfortable, and if it doesn't help physical confrontation.

learn how to debate now. in the work force you'll meet a lot of CACs that would bring under handed racist shyt like that to you and you got to learn how to shut them down with sound logic in a non combative manner.

I'd hate to give him advice that would lead to a physical confrontation like that, but I hear you. Once this kids finds out he has a complaint filed against him the battery in his back will be larger than ever.

It will get physical, sometimes that stuff is unavoidable, but sometimes it isn't. not saying transfer because you're right. I just know I've been there before and its no fun walking into class KNOWING me and this cac will almost come to throwing blows for the 10th time this semester.
