This applies to both hiphop & r&b. Yeah they would have to split the money, but it's better than being a struggling solo artist with a career going nowhere.

Let's take Young Money. They got guys like Cory Gunz, Jae Millz, etc just sitting on the label. Instead of trying to showcase them on a bullshyt compilation, why not make them into a real, cohesive group. Have them rhyme back & forth on some Kiss/Styles shyt. They could probably get further together than on their own.
