Does a new "Whim Bam" Machine needs to be created to fit your criteria? Not shyt like AI that can create biological machinery (including new proteins), Agentic AI and other advances. Things in the scientific and medical world that do not light up and make noises so the neurons in your flat brain can fire so you process emotion don't count either i guess.
