Any mulatto that wasn't raised by their black side of fam shouldn't say it imo....
To be real...I kinda don't think biracial should be saying nikka at all
if your ADOS/Afram and fit the Darity rules of what it is to be one. You should have the right to say it. That includes biracials who identify as black.

"we propose two criteria for eligibility: first an individual would have to provide reasonable documentation that they had at least one ancestor who was enslaved in the United States; and, second, an individual would have to demonstrate that at least 10 years before the onset of the reparations program they self-indentified as black, African American, colored or Negro on a legal document."
so people who are half ados, despite what their other half is, can say it. As long as they identify as black that is
