You are insinuating he's saying this to pander to audience but it's just reality
Not insinuating anything as he explicitly says how he feels in the OP screenshot
He's not shy about what makes up his LA fanbase and how he feels about them
His last album had multiple homages to latino artists and music
latinos outnumber blacks at his LA shows

Kendrick has been going hard on some “I ❤️ Mexicans” shyt lately, :mjpls: making you wonder if somebody is sweating him or something for money, his family's safety, etc.

With that said, for better and worse, Black people and Latinos are equally important and influential in establishing California's culture, vibe, etc, and have shaped it in different ways.

It’s not a fact

Without black culture California would be as irrelevant as Arizona or New Mexico :mjlol:

Of course but it doesn't take a genius to understand this is about ice and immigration battle.

It not just some general statement out of nowhere.

People here too sensitive for any topic discussion

I don’t think people realize how much of a divider the Rocky Mountains are. It literally splits both Mexico and The U.S in two. Most of Mexico is mountains except the most western and eastern regions.

Cali being mostly Mexican shouldn’t surprise anyone. It’s actually the furthest point from Spain and it’s conquerors in the country, separated further by mountains.

Cali being so full of Mexicans and Asians should surprise no one geographically alone.

Look at a terrain map of the world. It gives way more context to populations.
