My brother had a girl go as far as to name the child as a junior. Wasn't his kid. She wanted the better guy to be the father and she wanted to "prove" to my brother that she wasn't cheating on him They had to escort her out of the court room when the results were read my brother was gonna fukk her up. She refuses to change the kids name.

How old was the kid when the testing was done?

IN the state of NC you have two months from the child's birth to protest paternity. After 2 months you are legally the father. The first week I grieved the dead baby, the second week I did the funeral. The third week I took a DNA test. The fourth week I got the results. The fifth week I filed paternity dispute papers at the court house. Of course when I found out I wasn't the father I didn't tell her cuz she could go to court and file for child support blocking my paternity dispute papers.

So I protested all of this in less than 2 months. And that's my advice to anybody reading this that might be in a similar position. Once you find out you are not the father NEVER LET HER KNOW UNTIL YOU FILE COURT PAPERS ON YOUR BEHALF! The state always puts the power in the hands of women in these situations because they want some man, ANY MAN, to pay for a baby so the State doesn't have to. She can file Child Support and say I'm only protesting paternity so I won't have to pay it and the courts will believe her.

I meant cases where the dude has no idea he's not the father.

If the dude knows the deal and wants to step in and be a father to a kid that isn't his, is admirable.

I had a chick try to pin her pregnancy on me a few years ago. Shorty went on a trip out of country for a couple of weeks and when she came back she tellin me she pregnant. Now I KNOW this bytch was lying because I fukked her with a condom before she left and that shyt ain't break. To add even more to the mix, her ex bf was where she was going and she still talked with him and sent him money from time to time. It happen to me in 08. bytch I was dating had twins I thought were mine. One twin was born severely deformed and died an hour later the other survived. I was stressed out for 9 months during the pregnancy, after they were born I grieved the dead one for a week and paid for the funeral.

Took a dna test a week later and found out the living baby wasn't mine. Interrogated the bytch only to find out she knew the kids weren't mine but her and her momma said I was the better man to raise the children cuz her real baby daddy wasn't shyt.
