Spot on. I think the only think you're missing is that it's a fake firing squad.

They threaten you with the prospect of death and rob you blind. And even then, you STILL look away (notice the guy is blindfolded but his head is still turned away from the soldiers...that's not a coincidence). I wouldn't be surprised if that man's hands weren't even tied behind his back.

I interpret this one as portraying the death of the middle class. The suit he is wearing doesn't look real nice. Looks like a suit some schmo would wear to his middle management job. The firing squad symbolizes death except instead of shooting him they're killing him by taking his wealth. Not literally killing him but killing his place in society.

It's interesting seeing everyone's interpretations. Dope thread.
