Nah, I see a guy usin' social media as a tool against a cat with a real gun.
I understand the positive power of social media. But, it troubles me how we think we're savin' the world with hashtags.
I still cringe when I think about that Colbert Twitter thing.
Homie was straight up like "" like some sort of King Koopa sending his goons in, without checking the context of the thing he was offended by.
And I worry about social media (who are apart of the system as anything) being the go to for "revolution," when we should be--myself, included--hittin' the streets.
People do their sinning, feel like they're covered with filth...then go to the priest for absolution...to become clean again. Is he giving the preacher head?

is this stating that the progress of our evolution is held up by religion
hard to climb the ladder to success when you're just trying to survive.
wot dis mean?

shooting yourself in the foot
Instead of taking what you're given and progressing up the ladder and out of captivity, you remove your only chance of long term freedom for short term comfort. Think of our military strategy since the Cold War. Think of our global warming initiative. Think of yourself at the individual level spending money on superficial shyt only to need that money in desperate times.
Edit: @OH SOHH TRILL has a great interpretation
