Hits lower half 2 times minimum a week. Every single exercise you can think of. Yet her ass is flat as fukk. She has thick meaty thighs. But the booty is flat. Her body is just not built that way.
On the other hand, I knew a girl that didn't work out but simply dieted. No squats. Light running but highly inconsistent. 5'0. 140. With a perfectly meaty soft ass. The fat dispersed to the thigh / ass area. Everywhere else she was skinny.
Purely genetics.
