As for them being comfortable enough to even approach and ask me, I'm one of the best workers there. They see how productive I am and they approached me about moving up in the company. Once I told them I was interested, they started inviting me to their house on some informal, non business, let's hang out shyt. That's where I drew the line

I'm not afraid of white people, I just peep game. I've been played by white people numerous times in my life; im from Alabama. So I know how they move. I simply do not engage with them unless I absolutely have to because I don't trust them.

I feel you OP. On the otherhand, I have 4 Karen's (3 white and 1 Indian) trying to set me up and fire me for being anti social.

The Indian bytch is condescending and complained to the higher ups for ignoring her emails and dismissing her quickly to do my work. The white Karen doesn't like me cause I complained to another higher up about how she talks to me and initially wanted to avoid her as a whole. They skipped over any verbal or written write ups and gave me a final write up. Being that Texas doesn't have unions, I can't really dispute anything.

I'm always nervous everyday and constantly applying for jobs in indeed all day as they write up rap sheets on me. I work from home and am being harassed. I'm also the only black male at my job.

Quick update: I have 2 job interviews this week which pay alot more and I'm pretty much guaranteed a position. I'll be turning in my shyt, no 2 week notice, once I start.
