I don't know where you, and other black males, are getting this false oversimplified explanation for the current state of black women from, but it again only serves as another example of black male privilege. You, and others, perpetuate these lies and treat them like facts. Facts that then become the accepted narrative for when we have these types of discussions. A narrative that absolves black men of any responsibility, and holds black women up to standards that even a lot of us are not living up to. And then you expect black women to navigate and exist within that narrative. THAT is black male privilege.

I agree that BW face discrimination from bm. Black men have adopted the Eurocentric misogynistic ideals fr white men and applied it to their women, thing is it's dumb because they do not have any significant power of BW like wm do over ww. This bm killing be ain't really a problem IMO unless we are talking domestic violence specifically. Wm kill more ww than anyone else. Same goes for mexicacs, Ricans, any type of Asian ect.
i doubt they'd leave out domestic abuse since that is the top killer of bw ages 15 to 34.

Men are violent towards women regardless of race. If a community is focused on protecting men, then i doubt it will be a safe place for women. This is pretty much all that the women are saying in a not so nice way. the statement can be applied to any group.

The same can actually be applied racially to AA in this country. Whites are racist & violent towards blacks. The USA is focused on protecting whites, therefore this is not a safe place for black people. this doesn't mean every white person is beating blacks ass or that even every black person is affected to the same degree by the racism and violence.

i DO understand how their statements may offend u as a bm especially if u don't assault women. i guess if i was a bm offended i'd try to create some type of event where these types of arguments can be discussed in a civil manner & solutions offered.
