These smart phones have basically run out of innovation at this point.

I have my two year upgrade but recently came across a note 2 for cheap. Now I see no reason to use my upgrade till at least the note 4 or nexus 6....this phone does everything I could want and the screen is :noah:

One thing i want is the ability to be more hands on with the design experience a la that moto x that dropped a while back but with more options. It would be dope if an OEM would let you build your own phone...

Maybe let you choose things like:
Screen size
Color
Keyboard attachment (for you :old: nikkas)
Camera
Removable battery/ Uni body

Now im not saying that this is feasible right now but its what i would like to have down the line

Because as dope s these phone are now im tired of the screen size increasing each year. If i could get a 4.7 inch HTC One M8 it would be an instant cop, and by next year we will be gettin 5.2 inch screens

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
And these watches that go with your phone prove that nikkas will by any damn thing if you market it right.

Apple took it slow. Samsung and everyone else were so quick to compete with apple and each other that they threw every thing including the kitchen sink out there and now they have nothing left.

Make it the size of a dime and implant it into my palm. The screen will be a 3D projection that can be increased to 2160p or displayed internally in my mind. And fukk a battery, it should run on gravity. :ahh:

And just for daps, include a built in porn app that gives suggestions based on preference and pheromone levels. :troll:

i stilll have a used motorola droid x910 that i bought for 100 bucks, just rooted it threw cyganenmod on it running kit kat and im good to go.

its only dual core and i go ta gig of ram and a 16 micro sd gb. Bought a battery 2 weeks ago for 15 and installed in myself and my phone is as good as new , camera may not be all that but i dont care about selfies and instagram and all that, it plays my music, battery life is good, internet fast speeds, texts, makes phone calls.

i dont care about that fingerprint crap, or moving your hand across the screen, and 5.5 inches ips retina whatever.

Solar charging and hand powered charging may sound convenient but there probably not that easy to implement peep this

Why You Can't Buy A Solar-Powered Cellphone... For Now | CleanTechnica

The panels just wouldn't collect enough energy and that's not even counting how many people are actually gonna leave there phone in the sun to even charge? what bout if u work all day by the time u get out its dark? etc etc

Mechanical chagrining same thing more of a hassle than what its worth, i would honestly like to see this spend time and energy and better battery tech

Am a conspiracy theorist though , i think there purposely holding back on givings us 2-3 day battery life, if u ask anybody what there main complaint about there cell phone is there going to say battery life , my S3 with moderate use can barely make it through a full 8 hour die before it needs a recharge

Its crazy when you think about it how the less advanced phones can for days, my mom has non feature phone that can go 4 days in between charge without any use, ive tested it before and if i just leave my S3 with out using it at all (maybe to send 1-5 text message TOPS) it can up 12 hours only.

this is why I said they should be able to make it charge off of movement as well as solar and artificial light sources. so if ur in an office or anywhere where there is light, it would charge. or if its in ur pocket and you're walking, its charging from the movement of your legs.

yeah
i mean i have a stupid toy flower in my car that is charged through solar energy whenever the sun touches it , time to make a phone :blessed:

just dropped some serious cake on a nexus 5. i've barely used it & if it weren't for the fact that i'm planning on putting some apps up on playstore this summer, i would've considered it a complete waste of money. i honestly don't see the allure / interest with smartphones, i'm already too connected to the internet / others, it's reached a saturation point in fact.
I got a nexus 5. I'm on that tmobile jump program. I'm going to upgrade ONCE and then I'm done. Smartphones have been exhausted in the tech area. You don't use most of the apps.

that would be dope, sort of like you can go to car site and build your car, choose if you want automatic or manual, the color, leather interior all teh bells and wistles and the different prices show, with a base model price for all the bare essentials .

Something like this ?

Google Shows A Glimpse Of How Its Modular Phone Moonshot Is Progressing | TechCrunch

Very much in its infancy (or embryo) stages..but it looks like Google's working on it which means it'll come out in some shape or form later down the line

Looks like you'll be able to completely customize the phone from the size of the screen all the way down to the processor.

i had the iphone 4 since it came out, I got the moto g 16g a week ago because my 4 was beat the fukk up. So far am happy with my purchase.

When i was in the phone shop i was tempted by the G5 & the new nexus but i thought to myself is there really enough difference betwwen them and the moto g to be tied into a long ass contract??

Anyway i got the moto g for £140 and i pay £15 a month for a 30 day contract with unlimited minutes, text & completly unlimited data. Winning :takedat:

This shyt would be a manufacturer's nightmare.
