• At the same time, kids do bring meaning to a lot of people lives and give them something to live for especially as you get older and realize that this world is a cruel place and only a few people really give a damn about you.
• You have to live life the best for you and ignore what society/family wants from you if it hinders you from truly being happy. Some people don't get this until it's too late .

Probability is , of course, likely that some are, and a lot I think is going to depend on a person's culture, value systems, life experiences, obviously, but if your whole social world/immediate social connections and family push marriage and kids, and that happens, it has to be valued on some level pretty highly.

and then there's a second group, who don't really lets say LUST after that, but it happens, kind of end up in that current, that stream, and run with it, and then realize at some point, I don't like this.

the idea of domesticity, to me, is just repulsive, like it makes me panicked. If you adjust for income level, and I don't mean like a 1.5 house in the suburbs, and a sole income of lets say 250, because with 2 kids, and a wife, that goes QUICK, if I had the real high high income lifestyle, dual coast houses, private travel, I could see having a child, but if you are going to be arguing about what to have for dinner, and texting about the mundane life details of tires or PTA meetings, I don't want anything to do with that,

like are Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez arguing about those things? I think sometimes they probably are arguing about salads and grocery shopping in a 45 million dollar house.

or does all relationship based on traditional values, go there anyway? Because we are modeling relationships on these structures.

I know women who are involved with or married to people who make more money than them, and financially support them, but it's not THAT luxurious, in most cases. And most women I know just statistically and personally speaking won't marry into wealth. Most are OK with mid tier earners. You get a quick vacation to Hawaii, a leased later model car, a decent house, and the tasks of home upkeep and child rearing.

Even from a woman's perspective, it doesn't sound like a great deal to me. If I were a woman, I can't imagine what I would be doing, but it wouldn't be that.

When I am out, solo, many couples I see hardly even smile or laugh, I'm sitting at a high end spot cracking up with excitement and something like joy, and these people together look resigned. If I am out with someone we are always laughing or flirting or talking, these people looked like they were performing a ritual.
