Thats what they were doing. Youre working a service job with no protections and the business is locked up cause of covid and you don't know how long they'll be locked for and you need some money. You're not sitting around doing nothing, you're looking for something that will let you work from home. You're attending zoom interviews, and then once you've secured the job you tell your old boss to eat a dikk. Millions followed this script.

Being locked in, having a stim check and evictions on pause gave people a lot of time to think about how they were treated and they began to look for greener pastures. You saw in the video how the breh's wife went from waiting tables with no union protections to a longshoreman job with benefits and employee protections. People know their worth and saw first hand how shyt basically grinded to a halt without them, they realized the power they have. That's to say nothing of the people who worked while shyt was locked down and were ready to quit if they didn't get a raise because they were literally putting their lives on the line every day for a low wage because they were considered 'essential'.

People forget the reason a 5 day work week is even a thing is because people went on strike and were willing to get shot by police and pinkertons so they wouldn't have to work in buildings with no safety protocols, getting fired over nothing, and no time off.
