Stated what? That he wasn't guilty? No he did not. The case isn't about whether Brady is guilty or not, the case is whether Goodell used proper legal procedure in order to suspend/punish Tom Brady.
Yes I'm using Profootballtalk as a source that explains McNally took 24 footballs in the restroom before the AFC championship game before taking them out to the field without giving it to Anderson (the referee). That's a fact. No one (neither NFL or NFLPA, or Goodell or Brady's lawyers) denies that happened.

they had all the texts to jastremski and mcnally from brady, nothing incriminating was found. they had a list of everyone he texted and he said he'd allow them to look through the phones of anyone on that list once and they denied that opportunity.

Not possible its true. You are ignoring the facts that prove Brady had clear knowledge of this an actually insist it happen
Read the deflategate text messages that talk about altering the footballs weights
Read the article about McNally taking the footballs from the bathroom to the field
Then look at the chart that shows drastic PSI measurements compared to that of the Colts footballs
Then read the link when Brady overzealously destroys his cell phone the exact same day Wells said he may need it
I read all the text messages, didn't see one about altering the weight to an illegal weight. go ahead and post that in case i missed it.

Chart was cool but probably not something you'd want to post if you're trying to say the patriots cheated. let me break that down for you though since this whole thing seems to be confusing for you and you're not grasping the facts very well at all. So pregame the patriots balls were supposed to be set to 12.5 and the colts to 13.5. at half time on average it shows the patriots balls deflated by 1.2 PSI and the colts by .94. so basically you're saying the patriots had this elaborate scheme to deflate the balls by .26 psi more than natural psi loss due to cold temperature. further more, its known that the balls were tested indoors in a climate controlled room and that the colts balls were tested second, giving them time to warm up and actually increase the psi during that time. so actually your chart proves that the patriots balls deflated to the expected level, which is actually mentioned in the wells report if you had the mental capacity to read and understand it.
