I thought about gettin CJ, we gotta fix this defense though and if Cal's contract prevents that then it's not the move. If we can do both then go for it. If he gets traded though I think its to the Panthers.
We need a defensive coordinator, not a rah rah guy.....8 games in a row Norton hasn't made any second half adjustments...

Next year should be focus getting a number 1 free agent cornerback and drafting 1...then get a defensive end and move Mack back to his linebacker spot

D-Line depth doesn't hurt either, we should have a good rotation of pass rushers to keep everyone fresh. If we can bring pressure to the pocket all game with our front 4 that helps everyone else make plays. This defense has a few guys but we've gotta make it truly elite to give this offense a chance to dominate. Teams should fear playing the Raiders, they should be demoralized by the end of the game.

Carrie & Allen coming back will help a whole lot. Our Dline cant get any pressure because the Damn receivers are already open whenever the QB steps backs and pass.. I see us getting to bridgewater Throughout the game with our secondary intact.
Watched the game again and the only thing Mack and Aldon do most the time is just try to bullrush the tackles and that shyt don't be working. They both need to switch that shyt up and do a spin, fake, or something. And the angles they take are horrible as well.
