What?........
What?........
What?
This is actually pretty good advice. Trades are great and demand for them isn't bad....and you can start your own business in those fields. But we get pushed towards 4 year institutions more often than not. I know high school advisers tend to push kids with lesser greats to follow trades. And they generally, unless they go in completely fukking up, end up making more money and have less debt. the former is heavily linked to the latter. Money made and debt I mean....Black men need to learn a trade like carpentry, electrician, plumber, welding, iron worker or chef and a number of more trades. That way you can work for yourself and teach your kids a trade as well. Don't ask the white man for shyt.
The white man just doesn't operate on morals. He operates on what makes the most business sense and if you ask that cac to solve your problem for you best believe he's going to come up with a solution. One you don't like.Hilarious.....you right.....we seemingly alwaysgot problems....and somebody else has the $olution$.......
I thought you needed at least a graduate degree in chem to start making some cheese.
Until the day comes that machines choose the right candidate for the job... Black men will always get put at the bottom of the employment list.. :martinword2:
You have to remember that the person who is interviewing you (especially whites) has prejudice thoughts just like everybody else...
So we have to create jobs for our young people and we better do it soon because these businesses are moving more towards hiring bilingual speakers which will make our young people obsolete.
The time to build was yesterday brothers but we are still hitting the snooze button.. If we don't get our shyt together, what happened to the black community in Detroit will happen to every community in this country
Reducing the scarcity of some resources and increasing the quality of life for all.Nah, computer Automation is coming upon us. In another 20 years, machines will take over 90+% of the jobs out there.

Reducing the scarcity of some resources and increasing the quality of life for all.
Think positive...![]()
automation will make a lot of these high paying jobs disappear. Why pay someone 70-100k per year when you can get a machine and do it for $5000 per machine? It isautomation will make a lot of these high paying jobs disappear.
