Not only that but melo has a way shorter contract so we can get out from under the bazemore contract. It'll be easier to keep tim if we made this deal

With a team that is in "win now" mode it makes perfect sense. Get a perimeter scorer and a guy who can create for others.

Will this happen? Of course not, but I'd love to see them shake it up, this current core isn't going anywhere

our offense excels when it's fluid and in motion

melo's entire existence is the opposite of that...i don't want that stagnant iso hog anywhere near this team

at least bazemore plays defense...melo would ruin our offense and defense

i understand we need to get rid of bazemore asap but there's much better options available than fukking hogmelon

Right. The Falcons got us raising our expectations of our teams now. If you ain't trying to win a championship you wasting time

The whole out of the playoffs in round 1 or 2 has been going on for almost a decade now. I've been calling for a rebuild for a while now cause I'm sick of the mediocrity. And the problem is there isn't anyone calling for a championship at the top.

Arthur Blank made it clear that he wanted his team to be a Super Bowl contender and the message was received by the GM and coach. I have yet to hear anything from Ressler since he bought the team outside of his plans to renovate Phillips. He very well could be one of those owners cool with the revenue that comes from just making the playoffs and getting bounced quick.

But as for me, I'm ready for this franchise to get it together and actually strive to become one that legitimately contends. If you can't do it with the pieces you currently, then stop with the BS and rebuild

This offense hasn't resembled anything close to the motion offense we saw when we went to the ECF. Dennis is a selfish PG, Wop isn't a creator like Al was, WOAT gon WOAT. I wish we'd pass it more too but I realize we're not that type of team anymore. I know you don't like Melo but if we had the chance to get him I'd make the deal with no hesitation

That's a bit extreme. There are 28 other teams without 4 allstars or lebron. It's easier to contend in the nfl than the nba. I don't care if we draft a young stud or trade for jimmy buckets...we still not winning the championship. The nba is what it is, only the best players win.
