That area hasn’t been scary since the Eagan Homes were a block over. Now Fair street (back when University Homes existed), even Ashby st/Lowery Blvd (when the Harris Homes were still there) used to see a lot armed robbery’s .

I don’t really look over my shoulder on ML King until I cross West Lake avenue. It still goes down around Allen Temple, Seven Courts, Adamsville, Peyton, Dogwood, etc.
