Can anyone explain what happened on that triple? I just saw the highlights. Where the fukk was Conforto playing? and why wasn't Lagares in the game?

Ron said the same about the triple. The ball shouldn't shoot up an alley the way it did on grass. That happens with AstroTurf.

Lagares didn't play at all. Didn't take the AB or play defensively in the 9th. Callaway dropped the ball.

The game is likely going to be rained out. If that happens, the Mets will have lost two consecutive series.
