Here are some pay ones you can buy, which I recommend you do, but there are also some free trials out there.

Last year when I was thinking about cutting the cord I tested out a DNS and it worked, you change your router settings, it was called unlocator, they have a 7 day free trial. But when I did that my Netflix wouldn't log in.

VPN works for laptops but not for phones. On phones it uses your gps but you can't use a gps spoof either.
