He also does not mention black people, but if he is referring to black folks it also shows how low he (and you) think of the entire population. Let’s not forget Rich Paul has already let his feelings about “the hood” quite known.
This is nothing but him patting himself on the back, which is something else he’s been known to do. Why do you think most black agents are uneducated, lack degrees and lack experience?
