This isnt necessarily about LeBron or his stans.Some of these dudes love Lebron so much that y’all think every rule that comes out is designed to get him. Rich Paul hasn’t landed any big star college athletes in 7 years of being an agent aside from Ben Simmons. This rule isn’t for him. Do y’all do any research?
Same people talking about this rule is stupid are the same people who wonder why athletes get robbed blind by agents, managers and financial advisors.
Just a few years ago some rules had changed in order to be an agent after Jay-Z got into the business. Mofos were all up in arms then saying the leagues are trying to keep black men out of the business dominated by Jews. Every time a change is made someone will find a reason to cry racism or whatever.
Bottom line is some people are paranoid about organizations like the NCAA having racist agendas. To their credit a lot of that paranoia is warranted. But a lot of it isnt either.

The Media’s job is to create click bait and headlines. It’s funny no one you’ve posted has analyzed the actual rule, who it will actually affect, or the reasoning behind it. They’ve all used the same buzz words “Rich Paul”, “Klutch”, “Lebron”.

No big deal. Paul just uses an agent who meets the riteria. This won’t affect him.
I would hope my agent has a degree though. I don’t see the big deal here. Any profession with a low barrier to entry isn’t worth much.
