Just watched it. I could understand both sides, of the discussion but as a black man I tend to side with Dave’s perspective on having empathy etc.
I think Dave does a great job of highlighting black people being marginalized in this country without saying those words. He’s able to say “This group has risen and has used ‘discrimination’ better than we have, white people have found a lane to once again jump over black people”. That’s how I took it

Dave's entire argument falls apart the moment you take into account that Black Trans women life expectancy is only 35yrs old. That is the lowest of any in the country. I don't think he should be cancelled but he should sit down and talk to them the same way he talked to his trans friend that killed herself. He's wrong about this and those of you crying about empathy being a two way street need to look in the mirror and grow up so you can recognize the irony of what you're co-signing.
