I recall Embiid being more agile and quick when he was coming out of college. He's lumbering around the court and is robotic.

He just needs to get in shape and have a coach who coaches him and not act like a spoiling uncle. Shaq himself said Embiid was more talented but Shaq's whole mission was to dominate. Joel needs to get in that mindset. Even with all his shortcomings he's still a top player in the league which is wild.
