What are you even talking about? That poster thought I was making excuses for Africa's underdevelopment, when my point was white people convinced the world that black people were dumb because of their underdeveloped societies. They wrote books like, "Wealth of the Nations" detailing how Africa was poor because of a lack of intelligent people. They've left out the highway robbery of Africa.
