I think Fred hoiberg will be a better coach 
Couple years ago this would have devastated me ... not as much right now 
Thibs is a very good coach, and I respect the hell out of him. It sounds like he lost the locker room, and with his style of coaching, its tough to recover at that point.
I
him for everything he did for this franchise, and developing our players.
He gave us an identity and alot of good years. Constant disappointment, but always hope we could break through.

From all reports, seems like the players wanted this too. Just like in golden state they don't want to be public about that tho. yea they probably got real tired of him leading a pack of injury plagued roster to top 3 every damn year...
I am sure they will be much happier with a more laid back approach, kinda like the Knicks... that panned out well
