Pretty sure it was still 96 breh. I remember chapter 1 being released right at the end of the year and back then they'd have videos out a month or two before the album release to promote them since the internet wasn't there to do the leg work.

Yeah - the only reason I'm asking is Late Night Tip was a single for Chapter 2...even though it was originally on Chapter 1. I'm basing this on wikipedia though...my memory is the Tear the Club up video and the Source write up in 97. Never saw a video for Late Night Tip...that I remember.
