I mean this depends on what goal(s) you have set for yourself. Fat is gonna come with you bulking but you eating clean as hell can counteract that. The fat can be burned off semi easily when you cut especially when you have a lot of lean body mass so I'd say finish bulking to a point you find accepted then go on a cut, slow and sustained with proper eating cardio so you lose minimal muscle
A few, over 10 I'd guess but not as many as you think because it gets messy at the gym and when you in shape your girl will try to make it as known as possible that you're taken.

slow down shyt. Plus tendinitis from heavy lifting from so many years so I rarely max or push myself too hard. I do mostly super sets like I did in that video
Not that common on the south side and surrounding areas, nikkas don't have the money or really need that shyt. Only situation I know steroids were involved was with some white boys trainers at a gym I was at takin some shyt that made their dikks limp for a couple weeks

I was like "how you know your dikk isn't just bout to stop working permanately

" they got gains and strength quick but couldn't maintain it at all. That's really how I assume people are usin the shyt because they fall off hard and fast when they aren't on the shyt or stop lifting for awhile. when if you doin it the proper way you can take time off or bullshyt and your gains won't disappear like that, you'll get flabby but when you hit it hed for a few months you'll get what you lost right back. So it ain't that common at all.
And to add to that, those white boys on bodybuilding.com assume swole nikkas in the joint or fresh out smuggle the shyt in when most nikkas in prison are broke and just tryin to eat. I've never seen it in prison at all or even heard of it.
